This member has a desire to develop the ability to sell the product from first call to signing contracts and collecting the check. The sales member will utilize its customer data base to generate warm leads and will work them into a sale. The sales member will take the time to attend sales training from the refresh representative and will develop a solid knowledge of the Schuco product. This sales member will develop a basic knowledge of design and installation.
